
IATO maps Europe Roadshow & global expansion @ Delhi Meet
Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) held its first meeting of the year at The Park New Delhi, reviewing key achievements and outlining future plans. The association highlighted strong representation in national and international media and the success of its AI skilling initiatives. IATO also announced a Europe roadshow next month across Frankfurt, Paris and Amsterdam, with plans to expand into additional global markets. President Ravi Gosain reaffirmed the association’s focus on strengthening India’s inbound growth.
Cygnett signs Cozzet Amritsar, expands Punjab footprint
Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has signed Cozzet Amritsar, a 54-key hotel strengthening its presence in Punjab’s high-growth market. Located 20 minutes from the Golden Temple and 30 minutes from Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport, the hotel will feature banquet facilities for 500 guests and all-day dining. Positioned for pilgrimage, leisure, weddings and corporate demand, Cozzet Amritsar will cater to value-conscious travellers.
IHCL signs Tree of Life Resort in Nashik, Maharashtra
The Indian Hotels Company Limited has announced the signing of a new Tree of Life resort in Nashik, Maharashtra, expanding its leisure footprint in the popular spiritual and short-haul getaway destination. The Trimbakeshwar property will feature 49 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a swimming pool and spa set across serene natural surroundings.
Jamaica’s Tourism Minister honoured with Global Resilience Lifetime Award
