IHCL to acquire controlling stake in Brij Hotels
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Brij Hospitality, gaining ownership of the Brij Hotels brand. The move strengthens IHCL’s presence in the boutique leisure segment and expands its portfolio across offbeat destinations, including Jaipur, Varanasi, Ranthambore, the northeast and Goa. Brij currently operates 22 hotels with 11 upcoming properties.
