With a rich background in the hospitality industry, he has been associated with several reputed hotel chains where he successfully designed and implemented training programs, strengthened talent development initiatives, and supported employee growth at multiple levels. His expertise in nurturing talent and building effective learning frameworks has contributed to organizational excellence throughout his career.
