ITB India 2025, held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai from September 2 – 4, 2025, was a resounding success. Some notable exhibitors that participated in the exhibition this year included Wonderful Indonesia, Sarawak Tourism Board, Fly24hrs, Pearl Mara, ETAA, Asego, and, Madhya Pradesh Tourism, to name a few.

The third in-person edition of ITB India 2025, a three-day B2B trade show and conference held alongside MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, brought together professionals from the MICE, Leisure, Corporate, and Travel Technology sectors. Some of the key exhibitors included Wonderful Indonesia, Visit Northern Finland, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism Oman, Sarawak Tourism Board, UTEN, Ha Noi Tourism Information and Promotion Centre, Destination 2 Italia, and Fly24hrs, among others. ITB India officially welcomed Madhya Pradesh Tourism, Chhattisgarh Tourism, and Andhra Pradesh Tourism as its esteemed Official Partner States. Their participation underscored ITB India’s strong commitment to showcasing the depth and diversity of India’s landscapes and cultural richness, while spotlighting India’s vibrant tourism landscape on a global stage.
Padma Rani Seela, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority, said, “At ITB India 2025, we are proud to showcase the myriad offerings of Andhra Pradesh, such as temple tourism, especially the world-famous Tirupati Balaji temple, heritage, culture, delectable cuisine, adventure, and beach tourism. Bringing together the travel trade fraternity under the unifying theme “The Business of Experience: Curated Travel for Targeted Growth, this year’s show was attended by more than 600 travel trade buyers and facilitated close to 4,000 confirmed 1-on-1 meetings between buyers and exhibitors. The exhibition floor featured strong international participation with more than 50% international exhibitors. The show brought together 400 exhibitors and 600 high-calibre buyers, with over 8,000 trade visitors from MICE, Leisure, Corporate, and Travel Technology.
Representing Sarawak Tourism Board at ITB India 2025, Dylan Redas Noel, Director of Marketing (North Asia & New Markets), shared, “India is an important source market for us, which is why we are promoting Sarawak through a landmark event like ITB India to increase our footprint in the India market. With 2026 designated as the ‘Visit Malaysia’ year, it is important for us to establish our presence here. Conferences like ITB India serve as an important platform to connect our agents with the local Indian agents, thereby strengthening our relationships and customising itineraries suitable for the India market.”
This year’s edition welcomed strong participation from across the tourism value chain, bringing the global travel industry together under one roof. With NTOs, leading MICE companies, OTAs, hospitality brands, travel technology providers, and travel agents represented on the show floor. ITB India 2025 served as a unique strategic platform for reaching new markets, fostering collaboration, and business exchange.
