Chef Rawat’s impressive career includes leadership roles at Fairfield by Marriott Indore, Anantara Chiang Mai, and The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Most recently, he served as Sous Chef at IHCL Haridwar, and was instrumental in launching Indian kitchens abroad, notably at Aviyana Hotel, Thailand.
His return to the Marriott family signifies a step forward in Fairfield Jaipur’s commitment to delivering innovative and authentic dining experiences.
