Ras Al Khaimah unveils a season of celebrations

This holiday season, Ras Al Khaimah invites travellers from around the world to discover an unforgettable celebration with an array of experiences, from beach brunches and family festivities to gala dinners and a spectacular New Year’s Eve display combining fireworks and laser drones on December 31st.

After last year’s record-breaking show that drew over 65,000 spectators and set two GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™, this year’s New Year’s Eve aims to set new records with a jaw-dropping display fusing vibrant pyrotechnics with advanced laser drone technology. Stretching over four kilometres of coastline from Al Marjan Island to Al Hamra Village, the show will captivate viewers in Ras Al Khaimah and those tuning in to the event’s live stream worldwide. A free public viewing area with entertainment options including DJ performances, kids’ activities, food trucks, as well as dedicated camping and caravan zones will ensure that resident and visitors alike have a memorable celebration, while guests staying at hotels and resorts on Al Marjan Island will enjoy front-row seats to this spectacular event. Additionally, for the first time, Ras Al Khaimah’s city centre will host an 8pm fireworks show to kick-start the New Year’s festivities.

Leading up to New Year’s Eve, visitors can immerse themselves in a full schedule of festive activities across Ras Al Khaimah, from Christmas events to glamorous gala dinners, creating memorable experiences throughout the season.
