Ever since its establishment in 1955, The Claridges New Delhi has consistently set new benchmarks in guest satisfaction, and the recent appointment reaffirms the hotel’s unwavering dedication to continue delighting its patrons.
In addition to Mr. Kushalgarh’s core responsibility in this leadership position at The Claridges New Delhi, he also plays an important senior role at Claridges Collection, designated as the Vice President- Operations for the entity. With a focused dedication to upholding the very best standards of excellence at the Delhi property and with the group – Mr. Kushagarh has been managing both responsibilities with perseverance.
Adding on to the new General Manager appointment, The Claridges New Delhi also highlights new developments. It continues to please diverse palettes with an unparalleled selection of cuisines, innovative restaurants and bars, inspiring design across all its, spaces and extraordinary stay comfort with its opulent rooms and suites. The hotel has recently completed a series of renovations including refurbished guest spaces along with a wing of rooms and suites, plus renewed its spa offerings and fitness facilities, a newly added golf simulator, a newly reimagined bakery, also adding on a new restaurant Erawaan earlier this year, and there is more in the pipeline. These diverse offerings create a multi-dimensional experience for guests.
With Mr. Kushalgarh taking charge as the GM, the hotel is all set to scale new heights in terms of guest experience, team strength and service expertise. Commenting on his appointment, he adds:

Mr. Kushalgarh’s stellar career path showcases his dedication to doing great work as an astute hospitality professional and his beliefs are set on delivering new benchmarks in service excellence for the hotel and group overall. In the past, he has held key roles at prestigious hotel establishments such as The Lodhi New Delhi, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. His professional journey began at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and later progressed to Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he made significant contributions. Prior to joining The Claridges New Delhi, he held the position of Hotel Manager at Amanbagh.
