Air India launches ‘Project Abhinandan’ to enhance guest experience
Air India has rolled out ‘Project Abhinandan’ (an expression of greetings in Hindi), aimed at providing personalised and hassle-free on-ground experience to Air India guests at airports. As part of the project, Air India has deployed specially trained Service Assurance Officers at 16 major Indian airports, who will offer on-ground assistance across airport touch points to Air India guests who may require it – at check-in area or lounges, near the boarding gates, during transit, or at the arrival hall.
Hilton India launches an industry-first consumer campaign

Railway connection to be established between Bhutan-India
The India Government has allotted ₹120 Billion for the extensive expansion of railway infrastructure in the northeastern region. This move will facilitate the much-awaited first-ever Bhutan-India railway link. The fully funded Indian government’s estimated ₹10 billion project of a 57.5-kilometre railway line will connect Kokrajhar in Assam to Gelephu in Sarpang, Bhutan. The project is set to be completed by 2026.
