Organized by the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), the festival will continue to illuminate the city until February 23.
The festival offers a mesmerizing journey through the heart of Sharjah’s culture, art, and innovation, blending beauty, education, and creativity into one unforgettable experience. With events extending to the east coast towns of Dibba, Khorfakkan, and Kalba, the festival energizes the entire emirate, enriching both residents and visitors alike. It integrates tourism, culture, and creativity in a way that resonates deeply with the local community, creating lasting memories for all who attend.
This year’s Sharjah Light Festival promises to captivate audiences with its innovative use of light technology and specially curated music, showcasing iconic landmarks such as Sharjah Mosque and Al Majaz Waterfront in a whole new light. The designs are a poetic reflection of local culture, stories, and traditions, with some inspired by nature, space, and modern art—each one beautiful and thought-provoking.
The 2025 festival will light up a wide array of stunning locations, including Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Al Rafisah Dam, Al Hefaiyah Beach in Kalba, Sharjah Mosque, BEEAH Headquarters, Al Dhaid Fort, Al Hamriyah New General Souk, Al Majaz Waterfront, Al Heera Beach, and Al Tayyari Mosque in Dibba, offering a truly immersive celebration of light and culture.
