The announcement was made during the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart 2025, held on October 11, 2025, at the Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Centre, Bhopal. The LOA was presented to Mr. Vinayak Kalani, Managing Director & CEO of Treasure Group, by Honourable Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Union Tourism Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and State Tourism Minister Mr. Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi, in the presence of other eminent dignitaries.
Pioneering Projects for Madhya Pradesh
The Treasure Group, known for its legacy of introducing India’s 8th and Madhya Pradesh’s first mall in 2004 and bringing global brands to the country, announced a series of ambitious projects in collaboration with the state government.
1. First International Championship Golf Course and Wellness Centre near Sanchi
The Group is set to develop the state’s first 18-hole international championship golf course and a world-class luxury wellness centre at Neenod near Sanchi. These initiatives aim to position Madhya Pradesh as a prominent destination for sports tourism and wellness travel on the global stage.
2. World-Class Luxury Resort at Najarpura Island
Taking forward the vision of the Honourable Chief Minister, the Treasure Group will also create a multi-themed luxury resort at Najarpura Island, in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department. This landmark project will offer immersive experiences to both domestic and international travellers while significantly enriching the state’s tourism portfolio.
₹450 Crore Investment to Transform Tourism
