Dr. Naveen Manchanda, the official representative of India at ‘The Travel Show’, described the unique show as a hybrid technology-enabled event. The first two days, i.e. November 17 and 18, will comprise online events that can be accessed through video conferencing. While, the remaining five days from November 19 – 24 will consist of offline physical roadshows in Delhi-NCR, Jaipur and Ahmedabad. The core committee of IATTE in association with ‘The Travel Show’ is looking forward to welcoming the exhibitors from Europe, India, Maldives and many other parts of the world. Thousands of buyers from Delhi-NCR, Jaipur and Ahmedabad will witness the latest offerings from these exhibitors in the week-long event.
The Italian co-founder of ‘The Travel Show’ Ms. Adriana Miori conveying her excitement, said, “We are looking forward to the first edition of the TTS Roadshow in India. Ms. Veena Robinson, General Secretary IATTE, is of the opinion that in addition to the B2B meetings, several conferences and seminars that will be organised during the TTS Roadshow will help address matters of global concern such as Women Empowerment in the Tourism Industry and Tourism in post COVID world.
The 7-day gala will culminate with the ‘The Travel Show Awards’. The TTS Awards will be organized in Ahmedabad and will recognize the contribution of stalwarts from the Tourism fraternity. An international jury will evaluate and choose winners across multiple categories of awards. Some of the confirmed jury members are Ms. Adriana Miori from Italy (Co-Founder of The Travel Show), Ms. Karine Coulanges from France (President of Skal International Paris), Mr. Subhash Verma from India (National advisor with IATTE) and Ms. Jeannette Ceja from the USA (eminent Travel Journalist).
