It was noted that regular meetings and communications at high and senior levels confirm the strong political will and determination of the two countries to strengthen multifaceted and mutually beneficial cooperation and allow them to take the strategic partnership to a qualitatively new level.

The new Ambassador of Uzbekistan Sardor Rustambaev arrived in Delhi in January 2024. Before that, he headed the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in France.
