Blending culinary excellence, contemporary design, and immersive hospitality, the reimagined Qube sets the stage for a dynamic dining experience, anchored by a striking digital art wall that reinterprets Delhi’s historic soul through modern artistry.
From the very entrance, guests are welcomed by a gallery of ornate frames, vintage photographs, and intricate embroidered emblems in rich red and gold—each evoking Delhi’s regal past. Metal accents lend a sleek, modern edge, creating a seamless dialogue between heritage and contemporary design.
At its core, The Qube celebrates culinary craftsmanship. Mornings begin with an artisanal breakfast buffet highlighting wellness-driven, seasonal delights with locally sourced produce and house-made preserves. Lunchtime offers an expansive buffet with global flavours, from regional Indian delicacies to Mediterranean favourites.
As the sun sets, The Qube transforms into an intimate, elegant dining venue with an all-new à la carte menu curated by Chef Ashmeet Singh Jolly—a culinary stalwart associated with The Leela since its inception. His creations strike a perfect balance between authenticity and innovation, offering a refined yet comforting experience.
A major highlight is the newly introduced experiential Thai dining studio, helmed by Chef Krung Thong from Thailand’s Kalasin province. Drawing inspiration from his childhood and traditional Thai techniques, Chef Thong’s dishes—crafted with ingredients like kaffir lime, galangal, jasmine rice, and ruby water chestnuts—bring soulful, nostalgic flavours with contemporary finesse.
Adding to The Qube’s immersive identity is its state-of-the-art LED digital art wall, curated in collaboration with Masha Art. This ever-evolving digital canvas showcases artworks by renowned Indian artists such as Shrikant Kadam, Seema Kohli, Swaraj Das, and Rajesh Badaria. The visuals, timed with the dining journey, offer a constantly changing sensory experience—seamlessly blending gastronomy and art.
Mr. Anupam Dasgupta, Senior Vice President – Operations (North India) & Head of Wellness, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, commented,
“With the reimagined Qube, we’ve created a destination where gastronomy meets immersive digital art—transforming every meal into a sensory voyage. We’re proud to present a space that celebrates both culinary and artistic excellence.”
Echoing this, Ms. Preeti Makhija, General Manager, The Leela Palace New Delhi, added,
“The Qube’s transformation reflects our commitment to redefining luxury hospitality. Here, global flavours, contemporary design, and digital artistry converge to create an experience that stirs emotions and leaves a lasting impression.”
The Qube also plays host to themed Sunday brunches, where gourmet spreads, curated digital art, and live music come together in a vibrant, celebratory atmosphere. The innovative beverage menu features no-proof cocktails like the Kokum Collins and Curry Leaf Gimlet, alongside tea-infused creations such as Chai Martini and Smoked Masala Negroni—with native ingredients adding seasonal flair.
With its reimagined identity, The Qube transcends the definition of a restaurant—emerging as a cultural destination where culinary mastery, digital storytelling, and immersive hospitality converge.
