The Thai Food Festival menu, meticulously crafted by celebrated chef, Chef Wimon, showcases rich Thai flavours and her culinary brilliance. Chef Simon has worked across multiple countries, including India and Thailand.
The menu of the Thai Food Festival comprises a delightful and delectable selection, including traditional spicy Thai soup, Thai fried tofu with peanut sauce, green papaya salad, and an array of main course options including stir-fried bamboo shoots, vegetables, spicy mushroom, among other mouthwatering specialities catering to various preferences.
From November 22 to December 3, guests at The Leela Gandhinagar can look forward to live counters offering flat rice noodles tossed with sweet savoury sauce, Thai green curry, Thai red curry, and assorted satay. The dessert spread includes rice dumplings with coconut, red rubies in coconut cream, steamed pumpkin cake, and a special dessert crafted by Chef Wimon herself.
