Designed as a seven-day immersive experience, Seven Doors to Heaven takes participants through seven layers of human existence, blending ancient Indian wisdom with modern integrative therapies. The program’s core philosophy is rooted in deep, sustainable transformation—moving beyond surface-level wellness to create lasting change.
“True healing begins when we stop treating ourselves as fragments,” says Geeta Ramakrishnan. “This program brings together the essential elements of wellbeing in a structured, spiritually grounded way.”
Unlike typical wellness offerings, Seven Doors to Heaven is intentionally intimate, designed for small groups of 10 to 20 participants. Retreats are hosted in serene, nature-rich destinations such as Rishikesh, Kochi, and Bali. Participants can also co-create their journey by selecting locations that resonate with their personal energy and intentions.
“Seven Doors to Heaven is more than a retreat—it’s a homecoming,” says Divya Malik. “It’s a space for people to reconnect with their essence and rediscover who they are beneath life’s noise.”
What sets this program apart is its depth and flexibility. Its global community includes participants from the U.S., Greece, Russia, Italy, and India, many of whom have gone on to organize local wellness circles. Beyond the retreat, the program offers ongoing support, integration tools, and a traveling network of healing practitioners.
The retreat unfolds through seven distinct “doors,” each unlocking a specific dimension of the human experience—starting with physical wellness and progressing through energy cleansing, emotional resilience, intuitive clarity, subconscious healing, heart-centered connection, and finally, spiritual insight.
The Seven Doors team includes facilitators specializing in yoga therapy, meditation, sound healing, Ayurvedic treatments, and energy work, creating a rich, multi-layered healing experience that adapts to corporate teams, creative groups, and personal seekers alike.
With retreats designed to travel wherever they’re most needed—from Europe to India and Southeast Asia—the program is poised to make an impact on the global wellness landscape. The upcoming retreat in Rishikesh this July will be followed by their international launch retreat in Bali this September.
“This isn’t just another wellness retreat—it’s a deeply transformative journey that guides people back to their wholeness,” says Ramakrishnan.
