Sachin is a seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of experience across leading global hospitality brands and markets. His career spans across India, the USA, and Europe, with a strong understanding of luxury experiences and brands in dynamic urban destinations.
Sachin has been with Marriott International for over 16 years and has held leadership positions across various brands, successfully leading large-scale openings, brand repositioning projects, and complex operating environments—with a sharp focus on talent culture and guest satisfaction.
Sachin most recently served as Senior Director – Operations, South Asia for Marriott International. In this role, he was responsible for driving operational excellence across Marriott’s portfolio in the region.
He brings this strategic mindset and performance-driven leadership to JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, where he will play a pivotal role in positioning the hotel as the Gateway to Mumbai, while further enhancing its reputation as a preferred luxury address in the city. He will lead efforts in guest experience excellence, brand storytelling, and market leadership.
Sachin is an alumnus of César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and IHM Hyderabad, and enjoys music, poetry, and travel in his free time.
