In this new role, Sikka will lead the worldwide growth, strategy, and innovation of UNO — an integrated solution that combines RateGain’s Channel Manager, Central Reservation System (CRS), Booking Engine, and VIVA, its AI-powered voice and agent platform. UNO aims to simplify, automate, and optimize hotel operations by enhancing efficiency, improving decision-making, and breaking operational silos.
Bringing over 17 years of leadership experience across strategy, digital transformation, and business growth, Sikka has worked with leading organizations such as Ecom Express, OYO, Propstack, and Kearney, with exposure to markets in India, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Sikka holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Studies, University of Delhi, and an MBA from IE Business School, Spain.
His appointment also strengthens RateGain’s focus on AI-led innovation in the travel and hospitality sector, following the recent launch of UNO VIVA — the industry’s first AI-powered voice agent for hotel bookings.
