From her role as the Executive Assistant Manager at Alila Fort Bishangarh & AlilaDiwa Goa to spearheading the Rooms Division at Ramada Caravela Beach Resort Goa and performing under strategic roles at Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon and Radisson Blu Delhi, she honed her skills in market-driven planning and financial management. She also played a pivotal role in the successful pre-opening of Alila Fort Bishangarh and Radisson Blu Pune Hinjawadi. She has worked with Accor at Grand Mercure Mysore as General Manager for 4 years.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, Sunaina enrolled at IHM Ahmedabad to earn her diploma in hotel management.
