His expertise extends to pre-opening operations, having played an instrumental role in launching a 65,000 square foot banqueting space at Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Manyata Business Park. Known for his people-centric leadership style, Surjeet has consistently fostered high-performing teams and driven operational efficiencies throughout his career.

In his new role at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Surjeet will oversee six distinctive F&B outlets across the twin properties, offering a blend of international and local culinary experiences. His strategic focus will centre on elevating guest engagement, optimizing revenue streams, and mentoring his team to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
