His dedication and growth within the company led to his promotion to Catering Assistant at both Taj Ganges and Taj Nadesar Palace, Varanasi, after just one year. In 2019, Harsh further advanced his career by assuming the role of Restaurant Manager at Taj Nadesar Palace, Varanasi.

Furthermore, he is certified Level 2 Expert from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Certification and has successfully completed Front of House Service Excellence Program by the British Butler Institute adding feathers to his existing skillset.
