Featuring more than 30 exclusive, immersive experiences, the festival once again celebrated the powerful pairing of flavour, place and creativity. Highlights included underground opera performances in ancient caves and dramatic fire-led feasts under starlit skies curated by Michelin-starred chefs.
Festival Director Hannah Pike said the overwhelming response to the second edition has placed Pair’d firmly on the global event map.
“Events sold out within minutes this year, reflecting the strong appetite for authentic, creative and deeply sensory experiences that showcase the spirit of the Margaret River Region,” Pike said.
“Guests connected not only with extraordinary wine and food, but with the land, the people—even the sounds that make this region so unique. Being featured in Condé Nast’s Best Places to Visit 2026 list earlier this month has added tremendous momentum, and we can’t wait to reveal what’s coming next.”
Owned by the Western Australian Government and delivered by We Are Gather, Mellen Events and Ahoy Management, the festival enjoys support from global partners including Range Rover, Singapore Airlines and Mastercard. More than 50 local venues and operators collaborated to bring the 2025 edition to life.
Western Australia’s Tourism Minister, Hon. Reece Whitby MLA, said the event showcased the best of the state to an international audience.
“Pair’d continues to elevate Western Australia’s reputation as a destination for premium culinary and cultural experiences,” he said.
“With the Margaret River Region hosting The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2025 Awards just days before the festival, global media and industry leaders were able to extend their stay to experience Pair’d alongside thousands of wine and food lovers. Beyond boosting visitation, the event celebrates what makes the region truly special—its natural beauty, rich culture and world-class tourism offering.”
The Minister added that the festival reflects the Cook Government’s commitment to diversifying the economy and growing regional tourism through a robust, year-round events calendar.
