He has also worked across diverse markets, including luxury resorts in the Maldives and urban hospitality in the Middle East.
During his tenure at Pullman and Novotel Aerocity, Prasanna honed his skills in high-end dining operations, while at Dubai Expo 2020, he was instrumental in launching dining venues and optimizing event hospitality management.
In his new role at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, Prasanna will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies, implementing sustainability initiatives, and elevating service standards to reinforce the property’s reputation as a leading destination for business, leisure, and events.
