His focus will be on creating food that feels thoughtful, seasonal, and rooted in genuine hospitality.
Chef Manish began his career at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, where he took his first steps in professional kitchens. Over the years, he went on to work with celebrated brands including The Taj Group, Sheraton Udaipur, and Radisson Blu Udaipur, steadily growing into a chef known not just for technical finesse, but for leadership, consistency, and a deep understanding of guest expectations.
