Born in South India, Chef Losel comes with many years of experience. He has worked with some of the leading hotels in Delhi, such as, Taj Palace, Hyatt Regency, Shangri-la Hotel, The Claridges Hotel, Suryaa Hotel, Hilton and more! He has been associated with the Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place for last 3 years now and brilliantly manages the 4 dining restaurants and banquets at the property. His skill and panache for all things good is well reflected in the cuisine he curates.
