His expertise and leadership saw him take on pivotal roles across multiple Marriott properties, including his tenure as General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu in 2017, where he received numerous accolades, including The Best General Manager’s Award.
His strategic acumen was further demonstrated at Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, where he successfully positioned the hotel as a top choice for urban travelers, enhancing its market positioning and commanding a premium pricing strategy.
At Le Méridien Hyderabad, Sanjeev aims to elevate the hotel’s brand presence, enhance guest experiences, and reinforce Marriott’s strong footprint in the city. Known for his people-first leadership, he fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring both guest satisfaction and associate engagement remain at the forefront.
