
With nearly two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Kashmira brings expertise from leading brands including Marriott International, Indian Hotels Company Limited, and The Leela Palaces and Resorts. Her strengths in operational efficiency, revenue growth, and brand standards position her to further elevate the resort’s performance.
Having begun her career in Front Office Operations, she has built strong cross functional expertise across rooms, housekeeping, and guest services, most recently serving in senior leadership roles including Director of Rooms.
At JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, she will lead core departments including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage, while focusing on team development and service excellence in line with Marriott’s global standards.
