Based at Mercure Phuket Patong, Pratap will oversee the Group’s Phuket operations with an additional focus on supporting the upcoming opening of Mövenpick Kamala, Phuket.
Pratap brings close to two decades of experience across hospitality operations, pre-openings, and multi-property management. He began his career in India, holding senior roles at Grand Hyatt and InterContinental, before moving to the Middle East where he worked with Mövenpick in Doha. His most recent experience has been in Thailand, with tenures at Dusit Thani, Centara, and MGallery. This breadth of experience across markets and brand tiers, combined with his strong knowledge of the Thai hospitality landscape, makes him well positioned to lead the Group’s growth in Phuket.
JourneyHub Hotels is a Thai hospitality group with properties across Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Chiang Mai. The Group operates both independent properties and hotels in partnership with Accor, combining international brand standards with a genuine focus on local experience and character. Each property is distinct in its design and offering, shaped by the destination it sits in — whether that is the energy of Bangkok’s Sukhumvit, the coastline of Pattaya, the beaches of Phuket, or the cultural richness of Chiang Mai. The Group’s core belief is straightforward: a hotel stay should be more than accommodation. It should connect guests to where they actually are.
