Sanjeev has held numerous high-impact leadership positions with globally renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt International, Marriott Hotels, Leela Palaces Hotels, and Choice Hotels Asia-Pacific. His specialist expertise spans rooms operations, sales, revenue & distribution, food & beverage, and finance.
Known for his visionary leadership and passion for excellence, Sanjeev has successfully managed leading city hotels, luxury resorts, multi-property operations, and pre-opening projects. He is adept at driving business strategy, operational execution, and cultivating high-performance teams that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Prior to joining Marriott International, Sanjeev served as Senior Performance Manager – Area Director for Choice Hotels and led the business and brand performance of high-end franchise hotels across Australia, driving growth through strategic consulting, financial optimization, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, he spearheaded expansion strategies, asset management, and stakeholder engagement to maximize profitability and elevate service standards across the region.
In his new role, Sanjeev will oversee all facets of the resort’s operations, bringing fresh energy and strategic direction to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance in the heart of Rajasthan’s Golden City.
