An alumnus of ITCHospitality Management Institute, Shivneetbrings a wealth of experience from across India, having worked at multiple award-winning dining destinations such as Yi Jing, Pavilion, Ottimo at West View and Peshawri. He specializes in sustainable Indian cuisine including farm-to-fork and plant-based cuisine.
While helming culinary operations at ITC Maurya, New Delhi, Shivneet will be leading a team focused on curating exquisite menus, celebrating indigenous cooking techniques while embracing global influences across all dining experiences for the patrons and taking the city’s benchmark of luxury dining a notch above.
