Indeva Hotels and Resorts has strengthened its executive team with three key leadership appointments across asset management and marketing. Meenakshi Bairagi joins as Associate Director – Development & Asset Management, alongside Hrishi Raj Das and Rashika Gupta, both appointed as Assistant Managers – Marketing. The strategic hires aim to drive operational excellence, boost digital presence, and accelerate brand growth for the group’s portfolio, including ExpoInn in Greater Noida.
Hrishi Raj Das, Assistant Manager – Marketing, Indeva Hotels and Resorts
Hrishi brings experience in brand communication, PR, content creation, digital marketing and hotel promotions. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening ExpoInn’s brand visibility through integrated marketing campaigns, digital and social media initiatives, PR and content strategies, while promoting the property’s hospitality, F&B, banqueting and MICE offerings.
Prior to joining ExpoInn, Hrishi was associated with Sayaji Hotels Ltd. for two years, where he gained experience in hospitality marketing, brand promotion and customer engagement.
His appointment further strengthens Indeva’s marketing efforts as the property continues to expand its presence as a leading hospitality and MICE destination in Greater Noida.

Meenakshi Bairagi has joined Indeva Hotels & Resorts as Associate Director – Development & Asset Management, bringing over 11 years of hospitality experience across leading hotel brands.
She brings strong expertise in pre-opening operations, SOP development, team building, revenue processes, market setup, departmental coordination, and service delivery. Her experience includes establishing operational frameworks, developing teams, managing key business segments, and strengthening processes aligned with brand and guest expectations.
With a strong understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of hospitality, Meenakshi brings an execution-focused approach to development and asset management. In her new role, she will contribute to strengthening operational systems, supporting new developments, enhancing asset performance, and driving sustainable growth across Indeva Hotels & Resorts’ expanding portfolio.
Rashika Gupta as Assistant Manager – Marketing, Indeva Hotels and Resorts
Indeva Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Ms. Rashika Gupta as Assistant Manager – Marketing.
Rashika brings experience in hospitality marketing, brand communication, digital marketing, social media, public relations and creative campaigns. In her new role, she will focus on developing integrated marketing initiatives, strengthening the property’s digital presence, managing social media and influencer collaborations, and creating engaging brand communication.
With a strong interest in creative storytelling and brand building, Rashika will contribute to enhancing ExpoInn’s brand visibility, audience engagement and overall market positioning, while promoting its hospitality, F&B, banqueting and MICE offerings.
