The board comprises leaders of the travel and tourism industry, including founders, senior professionals, and experts of companies like, AirIndia, IndiGo, Cordelia, Thomas Cook, EaseMyTrip, Travclan and many more. This meeting, the second of its kind, would include activities like course development, industry readiness, and a series of guest lectures.
The event will also comprise a case competition by Indigo. The competition puts students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the test.A mentorship workshop is also planned providing students a unique opportunity to interact directly with the members of the board. Students can seek guidance and career advice through this workshop through personalised mentorship sessions.
The day would conclude with a cultural event celebrating Himachal Day, which also happens to be on 25th January. It would feature the performance of the traditional Nati dance of Himachal Pradesh.
