From an Operations Trainee at The Oberoi Udaivilas in 2004 to the Rooms Division Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun now, her journey has been truly inspiring and commendable.
In her new role, Biswas will be instrumental in processes like managing the execution of all operations in the rooms department, focussing on guest services and delight as well as maximising the financial performance for the hotel.
