Som Datt Landmark Hotels and Recreations Private Limited owns the hotel, which is anticipated to open in 2026 and is situated in one of Kanpur’s most affluent neighbourhoods.
Hyatt’s plans for The Landmark Kanpur further the company’s goal of expanding its portfolio of stand-alone, experience-driven lifestyle hotels in strategic Indian cities. There will be 170 rooms in the hotel.
