Kukreti’s background in the hospitality industry includes Hotel Management graduation from IHMCTAN Bangalore. He began his career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, holding various roles at prominent properties, including LRM Dubai, Grosvenor House Dubai, Intercontinental Dubai, BBC Belgium, CCL USA, and ITC Savoy Mussorie. He earned gold and silver medals at the Emirates Culinary Guild.
Acknowledging training under Michelin-starred Chefs Pierre Gagnaire and Gary Rhodes, Kukreti attributes his attention to detail and pursuit of perfection to these experiences.
Joining Hilton Jaipur as Executive Chef in July 2021, Kukreti managed a diverse culinary portfolio of four outlets and a banquet space of 10,000 square feet. He played a crucial role in marketing initiatives, food and beverage positioning, and improving guest satisfaction, earning multiple awards for the outlets.
He achieved further success with the relaunch of the Indian specialty restaurant “Chaandi” and the opening of the Rooftop Restaurant, Nebulae, in May 2022, expanding Hilton Jaipur’s culinary offerings.
