Some of her noteworthy accomplishments include helping bag the first-ever CEO Light and Warmth award for Hilton India and the Hospitality Heroes award for DT Agra for two consecutive years. She has also been instrumental in creating an inclusive culture by hiring Hilton India’s first Transgenders (2022) and differently-abled workforce (2016).
In past Hilton tenure she played a key role in successful opening of DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore and contributed to the smooth transition of Starwood to Hilton with the Hilton Mumbai International Airport. During Hilton stint, Shrutika launched many best practices – 5 Day work week at DT Agra & led the pilot project at DT Suites Bangalore, revamping the heart of house for DT Agra, It’s Ok – flexibility campaign and increasing the diversity in workforce at DoubleTree Agra.
She received the Rising Star award at the HR conference in 2019 and under her leadership, DT Agra received awards for “Excellence in Workplace Inclusion” and “Excellence in Employee Engagement”.Her commitment to CSR has led her to partner with Aarambh NGO (sponsoring girl education), Noida Deaf Society (hiring and training specially abled TMs), MaaannapurnaBriddhashram (hosted monthly groceries by the hotel), Sheroes (teaching acid attack victims how to operate their cafe), and initiating sewing and cooking classes at DT Agra for underprivileged women.
Shrutika holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and is currently a part of Shine 1 – Hilton Leadership Development program. In addition to practicing yoga and reading, she enjoys painting.
