HHC (Happy Hotelier Club) was introduced to the hospitality industry on March 28 , 2020. It was created with the purpose of bringing out hoteliers on a common forum for Collaborations and Learning & Development. Conceptualized earlier this year, HHC is a brain child of a passionate hospitality professional Taran Deep with the purpose of bringing out hoteliers on a common forum to network, share and rediscover their own selves. The vision is: To be the world’s first and best platform for hoteliers to provide happier ways of networking, learning and exchange of ideas.
This platform is being supported by Ashish Gupta (a passionate Hotelier) Dheeraj Aggarwal (an IT expert) as the Co-Founders of HHC. It is also supported by Mr. Greesh Bindra (Vice President –The Surya, New Delhi) and Mr. Himmat Anand (Founder-Tree of Life Resorts) as the advisors to the platform.
In the past seven months, HHC has done 24 successful webinars, 5 paid master classes, 4756 registered database and 35 paid HHC members. Till date, HHC has been analysing the pulse of this industry and putting the webinars on those related topics so that the key stakeholders benefit through a two way discussions with the industry stalwarts as the panel. Secondly, going forward, we would be like a one stop shop for all the Hospitality needs in terms of Learning, Development and collaborations especially for the standalone properties and restaurants.
The platform is completely AI enabled (Artificial Intelligence enabled with machine and deep learning). The objective of doing this is to use the latest technology of data managing and engaging with the database and members in a consistent way.
According to Taran Deep, Founder of HHC, “The uncertainty of Covid has reinforced two important things for the sectors especially the Hospitality. First and foremost, the similar skill sets of hospitality professionals will not work going forward. Enhancing skills through an ongoing Learning and Development system will be the way forward. Even organisations will prefer professionals with additional skill sets to add value in different areas to combat limited staffing. Effectiveness in outputs will be the way to go. Secondly and most importantly, that now this industry will have to work closely and support each other. With this objective, HHC will focus on bringing together professionals from different areas and regions together for meaningful networking and holistic growth”
HHC looks forward to make a difference in the Hospitality Industry by benchmarking best practises, through collective envisioning of knowledge forums, skill development through Master classes and excellence through teamwork, community development and a collaborative vision.
