Bringing over 16 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Harshad joins the hotel with extensive expertise in commercial strategy, business development, key account management, and revenue optimisation. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving business growth, cultivating strategic client relationships, and delivering high-performing sales initiatives across India’s hospitality industry.
In his new role, Harshad will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, driving business development across the corporate, MICE, and leisure segments while strengthening key partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities. Working closely with the hotel’s commercial leadership team, he will focus on expanding market share and reinforcing JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu’s position as one of Mumbai’s premier luxury hospitality destinations.
Prior to joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Harshad was associated with The Oberoi Group, where he most recently served as Associate Director of Sales – Corporate (Pan India), leading the group’s corporate sales strategy and managing key client relationships across its portfolio.
