
Prior to joining Four Points by Sheraton, Singh was associated with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, he managed daily operations across restaurants, banqueting, and lounge facilities, ensuring consistent service standards and guest experience delivery.
Over the years, Singh has worked with leading hospitality brands, including Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Whitefield, Bengaluru, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts. His professional strengths include restaurant and bar operations, banquet management, guest experience enhancement, revenue-focused marketing initiatives, team training, and compliance with brand standards. He is also known for maintaining strong Guest Voice (GV) and customer feedback scores, earning multiple recognitions such as Best Manager of the Month and securing top rankings in Asia Pacific Guest Voice Reports.
In his new position, Singh will lead the overall food and beverage strategy at the property, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving operational efficiencies, and elevating service quality in line with the organisation’s vision.
