A seasoned HR leader with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Arun brings with him a proven track record in human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational leadership. His illustrious career includes key roles at prestigious hospitality brands such as Leisure Hotels Group, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Vana Wellness Retreat, Dehradun (now rebranded as Six Senses Vana under IHG). His extensive background also includes assignments with Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad, Holiday Inn Amritsar, Lemon Tree Hotels, Trident Udaipur, and The Oberoi Udaivilas.
This appointment marks Arun’s second tenure with IHG, reaffirming his commitment to the group’s values and vision. In his new role, he will spearhead the HR strategy for IHG hotels across North India, focusing on fostering a culture of inclusivity, performance excellence, and employee empowerment.
