In its 30th year of wellness excellence, Chiva-Som Hua Hin, has announced an exclusive collaboration with Natalie Dau and Dawn Sim, seasoned yoga practitioner, to present a complimentary four-day wellness programme for guests at the resort between 26th to 29th August 2025.
The wellness programme will consist of strength training, functional fitness, yoga, immersive sound healing, breathwork and empowering wellness discussions, inviting guests to explore their own personal path to physical resilience, vitality and longevity.

Returning to Chiva-Som Hua Hin for her third stint, Natalie Dau is a Guinness World Record-holding ultra-marathoner and motivational speaker who has inspired women around the world to reclaim their strength through movement. She guides women over 40 through power-charged strength training, functional fitness workshops and more to support and empower their evolving wellness journeys.
Making her debut at Chiva-Som Hua Hin is Dawn Sim, a seasoned yoga practitioner, sound healer and breathwork coach with over two decades of experience in emotional wellbeing and integrative healing. Her sessions are curated to promote mental clarity, emotional balance and self-awareness. With her nurturing presence, Dawn creates a space for deep relaxation and mindful movement.

Natalie and Dawn are wellness trailblazers. Natalie, as an ultra-marathoner, mother and businesswoman, understands the physical and mental challenges women face as they mature. Dawn, with over two decades of healing work, has guided thousands of women toward emotional resilience and self-awareness. Their combined experience ensures every movement, every breath, every workshop will help women walk away feeling empowered and educated, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Together, Natalie and Dawn lead a joint panel alongside Chiva-Som’s naturopath, Patience Sangwa, to explore women’s health across various life stages, offering practical, empowering tools for the body and mind. Discover how conscious breathing can positively affect the nervous system and emotional wellbeing. Combined with a soothing soundbath, this session helps guide the body into deep relaxation for optimal recovery. No experience needed.
