IHG expands Bengaluru footprint with dual hotel signing
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Hotel Chetan International to develop Crowne Plaza Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park and Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru KIADB Aerospace Park, adding 420 keys to its India portfolio. Scheduled to open in Q1 2028, the Crowne Plaza will feature 210 rooms, four dining outlets, a ballroom, and retail spaces, while the Holiday Inn Express will offer 210 smart rooms and modern amenities near Kempegowda International Airport.
Sariska Lodge debuts as Rajasthan’s new eco-luxury retreat
Sariska Lodge, an exclusive luxury retreat in Rajasthan, officially opened its doors in 2025, offering a unique blend of sustainability, conservation, and immersive experiences. Nestled on 15 acres of afforested land by the Sariska Tiger Reserve and the Aravalli Hills, the lodge features 11 private suites, a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, wellness centre, and horse stables. It is founded by Anand Shekhawat and Puneet Jain.

LOT Polish Airlines unveils A220 Cabin mock-ups for 2027 delivery
LOT Polish Airlines has revealed interior mock-ups for its upcoming Airbus A220 fleet, set to enter service in 2027. Designed for enhanced comfort on short- and medium-haul routes, the aircraft will feature two-class cabins—Economy and Business. Depending on model, seating capacity will be 125 (A220-100) or 149 (A220-300). A 2-3 layout with 18-inch-wide seats, among the widest in class, promises travellers more personal space and greater comfort.
