#First Opinion
“For me, #SheforShe is about opening the door and keeping it open for other women—sharing credit, amplifying voices in meetings, and being bold, not diplomatic, not just in thought but also in action. At its heart, #SheforShe is about community, courage, and consistency—showing up for each other so we all move forward together. It is not competition; it is collaboration—moving together, facing challenges together, and trusting one another. It is about choosing to champion each other. In my professional life, I practise #SheforShe by being intentional about supporting, mentoring, and advocating for women at every stage of their careers.”
