Vietnam Airlines to start flights from Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Vietnam Airlines will be starting direct flights from Bengaluru and Hyderabad to Hanoi, further expanding its footprint in the rapidly growing Indian market. Starting May 2025, the airline will operate four weekly flights from Bengaluru (BLR) and three weekly flights from Hyderabad (HYD) to Hanoi, using its modern Airbus A321 aircraft. With the addition, Vietnam Airlines will now operate from four major Indian cities.

Uzbekistan eyes stronger Tourism ties with India
Uzbekistan is set to strengthen its tourism partnership with India, targeting it as a key source market. Tourism Minister Umid Shadiev led a high-level delegation to SATTE 2025 in New Delhi, attending as the Guest of Honour. “We want to take our tourism partnership with India to the next level,” Shadiev stated. With India’s growing outbound travel market, Uzbekistan is keen on deeper collaboration to boost visitor exchange and investment in tourism.
