Air India makes Delhi–Toronto service non-stop
Air India will deploy its new Boeing 787-9 on the Delhi–Toronto route from August 1, 2026, removing the Vienna fuel stop and reducing travel time by nearly three hours. The airline will also restore daily services and introduce Premium Economy on the route for the first time. The aircraft features private Business Class suites, 28 Premium Economy seats and enhanced Economy cabins with next-generation entertainment.

VFS Global has launched six new Indian Consular Application Centres across Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, effective July 23, 2026. The centres will provide Indian consular services to applicants across Australia. Prior online appointments are mandatory before visiting. Applicants have also been advised to review the updated VFS Global website for revised procedures, payment options, service fees and more.
