Clarks Collection expands to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Clarks Collection, part of IHCL, has signed a 50-key property with the Khinvasara Group in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The mid-segment hotel will feature a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet facilities, and services for leisure, weddings, and MICE travellers. Known as the “Gateway to Ajanta and Ellora,” Sambhajinagar’s rich heritage and UNESCO sites make it a prime destination. The expansion aligns with Clarks Collection’s strategy to offer upscale yet affordable hospitality solutions.
SAMHI signs agreement for 260-Room Hotel in Hyderabad
SAMHI Hotels Limited, through its subsidiary Barque Hotels, has signed an Agreement to Lease for a ~260-room mid-scale hotel in Hyderabad’s Financial District. Developed by Aurean Eskar, the project will operate under a long-term variable lease model, with SAMHI investing ₹1,250–1,430 mn for fitouts and branding. This marks SAMHI’s third property in the district, alongside Sheraton and Fairfield by Marriott.
Group Concorde strengthens leadership with Key Appointments
