
15th CIC kicks off in New Delhi, spotlighting India’s rising MICE potential
The 15th Conventions India Conclave (CIC) opened at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, in the presence of Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra. Chaired by ICPB Vice Chairman Chander Mansharamani, the three-day conclave features 100+ exhibitors, 112 domestic buyers and 25 international buyers, with overall participation expected to cross 400 delegates, strengthening India’s positioning as a global MICE destination.
ITC Hotels signs two new Fortune properties in Saharanpur & Mantralayam
ITC Hotels Limited has signed two new Fortune Hotels properties in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh, strengthening its presence in Tier II and III markets. Fortune Park Saharanpur will offer 60 rooms and is expected to open in December 2026, while the 79-room Fortune Park Mantralayam, the town’s first branded hotel, is scheduled to open in the last quarter of FY 2026-27.
Atmosphere Core signs 180-key eco resort in Visakhapatnam
Atmosphere Core has partnered with A V N G Developers LLP to launch Atmosphere Hillora Eco Resort Visakhapatnam, scheduled to open in Q1 2029. Located amid the Eastern Ghats, the 180-key resort will feature cottages, suites, private-pool villas, multiple dining venues, ELE|NA Ayur Spa, a pool and fitness centre. Extensive banqueting and conference facilities will also cater to destination weddings, MICE events and corporate gatherings.
FLOWERS exhibition returns to Expo Tel Aviv
FLOWERS – A Journey Between Worlds has returned to Expo Tel Aviv and will run until August 29, 2026. Featuring over three million flowers, the immersive exhibition spans five themed worlds — Water, Galaxy, Mirrors, Fairy Tales and Amusement. Expanded by 1,000 square metres this year, the event also offers screening halls, children’s workshops, attractions, photo opportunities, rest areas and rare floral varieties imported from around the world.
