“The hospitality industry in 2024 experienced dynamic growth, driven by evolving travel patterns and customer preferences. One of the most prominent trends was the increasing demand for luxury staycations among corporate travellers. Another significant shift saw the rise of bleisure travel, fuelled by flexible work arrangements such as WFH, hybrid setups, and virtual meetings. City hotels have become the hub for corporate events, offering state-of-the-art conference facilities and unique venues. This wedding season saw a notable demand for premium wedding experiences, often with shorter lead times for bookings. With these trends shaping the landscape, the hospitality industry has an exciting opportunity to redefine guest experiences, create value-driven offerings, and embrace technology to meet evolving expectations.”
