
ITC Hotels signs Welcomhotel Mysuru in Karnataka
ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Mysuru, a 99-key hotel in Karnataka’s culturally rich city of Mysuru. Strengthening the Welcomhotel brand’s presence across South India, the property will cater to business and leisure travellers. It will feature well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, lobby café, swimming pool, fitness centre and around 5,500 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space for weddings, social gatherings and corporate events.
Israel announces hotel development push in Judea and Samaria
Israel has announced a 27 million ILS initiative to accelerate the development of new hotels and tourist accommodations across Judea and Samaria. Led by Tourism Minister Haim Katz, the initiative includes zoning support and grants covering up to 28 per cent of investment for developers. The move aims to address the shortage of overnight stays, transforming the region into a leisure travel hub.
Georgia Tourism concludes roadshows in Chennai and Bengaluru

MakeMyTrip launches OneCircle global rewards programme
MakeMyTrip has launched OneCircle, a global rewards programme for Indian travellers, bringing together 13,376 accommodation properties across 1,002 cities worldwide. The programme covers over 12,330 properties in India and 1,046 international properties across 39 countries. Travellers can earn a minimum of 10 per cent of their accommodation spend back as reward points, redeemable on future stays. The programme includes hotels, homestays and villas across luxury, premium and budget segments.
