Building on the resounding success of its inaugural edition, the BOTT Knowledge Conclave is set to return with renewed vigour, ambition, and a sharper focus on the future. First held in December 2024 at the iconic Bharat Mandapam, the event brought together over 400 travel professionals from across India and created a meaningful platform for idea exchange, networking, and dialogue on the evolving contours of the tourism sector.

Inaugurated by Honourable Union Minister of Tourism & Culture, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the 2024 Conclave witnessed insightful discussions from some of the most respected voices in the industry. Key speakers included Smt. Mugdha Sinha (IAS, Director General, Ministry of Tourism), Mr. Ankush Nijhawan (Joint Managing Director, TBO.COM), Mr. Himmat Anand (Founder, Tree of Life), Ms. Jyotsna Suri (CMD, Bharat Hotels Limited), Mr. Manish Puri (Head of Sales, Air India), Ms. Yummi Talwar (COO, South Asia, VFS Global), Mr. Rajeev Kohli (Joint Managing Director, Creative Travel), Ms. Isha Goyal (CEO, STIC Travel Group), and Mr. Dev Karvat (Founder & CEO, Asego), among others.

The Conclave also marked the release of Tourism 2025 — BOTT’s annual book highlighting the year’s top destinations and trends. Additionally, the event served as a proud platform for the launch of Vows & Vacay, a new B2C magazine by BOTT’s parent company, More Media, dedicated to the wedding and celebration travel segment.

Now returning for its second edition, the BOTT Knowledge Conclave 2025 promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more impactful. With a projected attendance of over 600 travel professionals — including travel advisors, hoteliers, cruise professionals, aviation experts, industry veterans, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders — the Conclave will once again be a pivotal platform to explore the future of tourism.

This year’s theme, Tourism 2026 – Redefining Travel in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, focuses on how technology — particularly Artificial Intelligence — is reshaping travel as we know it. In an age where data, personalization, and innovation are driving decisions, the Conclave aims to unpack how the industry can harness AI and other emerging tools to make travel more inclusive, intuitive, and intelligent.

The event will feature two high-powered business sessions, offering deep dives into the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping both inbound and outbound travel. Delegates can expect rich takeaways on consumer behaviour shifts, new destination dynamics, evolving travel technology, and sustainable practices — all through the lens of what lies ahead in 2026.

  • Panel Discussion 1

Smart Inbound: Using AI to attract the World to India

This session will bring together representatives from the Central and State Governments, hospitality, aviation, technology, and tourism sectors to explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform India’s inbound strategy. The discussion will focus on leveraging data analytics, smart marketing, and predictive tools to boost arrivals, enhance visitor experience, and position India as a global tourism powerhouse.

  • Panel Discussion 2

Next-Gen Outbound: AI at the heart of Indian Travel

Featuring representatives from global tourism boards, airlines, hospitality chains, technology companies, insurance, visa, and travel sectors, this session will explore how Artificial Intelligence can make outbound travel from India easier, more cost-efficient, and highly personalised. Panellists will discuss how AI-driven insights can help develop smarter itineraries, optimise pricing, and identify the evolving preferences of the new-age Indian traveller

The Conclave shall once again be graced by the Honourable Minister of Tourism as Chief Guest, reinforcing the government’s commitment to industry engagement and future-readiness. This edition will also mark the cover launch of CSR ESG IMPACT, a forthcoming magazine dedicated to highlighting innovative initiatives, insightful news features, and impactful updates on CSR and ESG practices undertaken by Indian corporates and state agencies.

Join us at the BOTT Knowledge Conclave 2025 as we decode the future, celebrate innovation, and collectively shape a more intelligent and inclusive era of tourism. Let’s reimagine travel — together.
