India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) is pleased to announce that the Tourism Department, West Bengal in collaboration with ICPB is organising the Bengal MICE Conclave 2025, scheduled to be held from February 4–6, 2025, at ITC Royal Bengal / ITC Sonar, Kolkata, in conjunction with the event Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS).
The Bengal MICE Conclave aims to bring together key stakeholders in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector. This event will provide an excellent platform for networking, showcasing innovations, and discussing the future of MICE in India & West Bengal in particular.
REGISTRATION AT THE BENGAL MICE CONCLAVE:
Option 1 : EXHIBITION SPACE
ICPB has designated an exclusive area/floor space for exhibition stalls of 9 sq. mt. each at a nominal price. It will be a great opportunity to showcase your products and network with potential customers besides attending the Convention. Members / industry stakeholders, Venues, Hotel Chains based in Kolkata, all PCOs, PEOs, DMCs, Service Providers are allowed to participate as exhibitors to showcase their services.
The Bengal MICE Conclave aims to bring together and showcase the diverse MICE offerings in Bengal, highlighting the region’s strength in hosting large-scale MICE events. Industry stakeholders from Bengal are invited to participate as exhibitors with a nominal exhibition fee, which includes complimentary registration for two delegates. This platform provides an excellent opportunity to promote MICE products and activities within the region.

Option 2 : TABLE CHAIR SPACE :
Members – Venues, Hotels, DMCs, PCOs, PCOs, Service Providers and other Industry Stakeholder are welcomed to participate and interact with buyers with a nominal fee as per the following:

Some of the Highlights of the events are: –
· The program will start with Inauguration on 4th February 2025 with sessions which will be followed by a networking dinner.
· 5th February, 2025, business to business (B2B) meetings between buyers and suppliers, and post lunch proceed to BBCC for BGBS inaugural session.
· 6th February 2025 – Reverse Marketing will be organized in a classroom-style format, where all buyers will be seated while suppliers meet with them individually, one at a time. This structure ensures that every seller has the opportunity to engage with every buyer, maximizing interaction. Following lunch, participants will proceed to the Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium for the Valedictory Session.
· The event will be attended by 200-250 hosted buyers, attendees & exhibitors along with ICPB Members, Heads of various associations, officials from the State Govt. of West Bengal including the Ministry of Tourism and others along with the media.
